One mum decided to confess her fairly epic breastfeeding fail this week and the accompanying picture ensured it quickly went viral.
Gemma Colley’s son got an unexpected extra when he had his usual feed after his mum discovered it isn’t only your clothes that can stain after a spray tan.
Posting a picture of her son’s tanned faces to The Unmumsy Mum’s Facebook page, she wrote:
“From one mum to another, I’d like to let you know about my epic fail of fails. Yesterday I had a spray tan, a few hours later I breastfed my little boy. Cue 5 o’clock shadow and a very guilty mummy — Lesson to you all. Don’t do this.”
The picture quickly went viral, with other mother’s sharing their own hilarious confessions. Luckily the tanning disaster was short lived and Gemma later posted a picture of her son looking back to his normal self.
She added:
“Photo evidence that tonight’s feed was much less orange Thanks for all the positive comments. I’m just another mummy trying to shed light on the adventures and misadventures of being a parent.”
